US Treasury Sanctions Xinbi Guarantee, Targets Messaging and Wallet Developers
On 9 September 2026 OFAC designated Xinbi Guarantee as a significant transnational criminal organization and sanctioned SafeW Technology and Anwen Technology for materially assisting Xinbi, after U.S. authorities seized infrastructure and restrained wallets tied to a marketplace said to have processed over $24 billion.
